Training and further education

The implementation of MoVo programs (e.g. by sport therapists, physiotherapists or psychologists) requires a good knowledge of the content and didactic approach of the respective program. In order to be able to acquire this knowledge, there are detailed curricula or course instructor manuals available for the programs MoVo-LISA, MoVo-work, MoVo-BnB and M.O.B.I.L.I.S.. The Würzburg Center for Patient Training and Health Promotion (ZePG) offers training courses for the group program MoVo-LISA. You can find more information here:

Workshop for movement therapists

This one-day workshop offers you short, effective conversation strategies that you can use in physiotherapy and movement therapy. Learn how you can specifically support your patients in everyday conversations to recognize their own motivation and successfully integrate exercises and movement activities into their everyday lives. The MoVo process model is explained by way of introduction as the theoretical basis for behavior change.

Suitable for movement therapists, especially physiotherapists, as well as other therapeutic professionals (e.g. from the field of nutrition) who are interested in the topic of “behavior change”.

Further training: Counseling skills for promoting physical activity

Our scientific training offers you in-depth insights into the implementation of the MoVo process model. The focus is on professional counseling for health-promoting behavior, especially physical activity. Explore the background and learn about the practical application of effective psychological strategies for behavior change (behavior change techniques). Use these in a targeted manner to promote sustainable health habits and take your counseling skills to a new level.
