Wer seine Ziele zusammen mit anderen verfolgt, dem fällt das Dranbleiben oft leichter. Das geht beim Sport am besten, ist aber auch möglich, wenn es um Ernährung oder Entspannung geht. Verabreden Sie mit anderen Menschen, wann und wo Sie mit ihnen zusammen Sport treiben, kochen oder entspannen. Solche Vereinbarungen erhöhen Ihre Motivation. Am wirksamsten verpflichten Sie sich selbst, wenn der gemeinsame Termin ohne Sie gar nicht stattfinden könnte – zum Beispiel das wöchentliche Tennisspielen mit Ihrem Freund.
